Troy O’Bryan
Troy has over 15 years of experience delivering high return on investment marketing initiatives for his clients. Prior to Response Capture, Troy served as an account lead for direct and database marketing campaigns working with many global clients such as 3M, American Express, EMC, Intel, Microsoft, Océ, Planar, Siemens, and Tektronix. The successes of his client campaigns have been highlighted in DMNews and B2B Magazine.
Troy holds a BS in Marketing and Finance from Western Oregon University.

Eric Albertson
With over 30 years of experience driving more demand for businesses, Eric has performed at companies such as Harris Datacom, PacTel, Compaq, Toshiba and Intel with roles in several smaller organizations. All of Eric’s experience has been in the context of sales and marketing, but his favorite role has been that of consultant to help Presidents and CEO’s achieve their revenue and profit objectives.
Eric is the author of two books on marketing & Sales. Elevator Speech and Marketing by the Numbers.

Priscilla Converse
Priscilla manages delivery of lead generation campaigns. Positive return on investment from start to finish for these projects is always her main goal. From her experience in the high tech B2B corporate marketing environment, she understands first-hand the importance of strategic marketing and measuring the results of direct response marketing efforts.
Priscilla holds a BS in Marketing and International Business from Oregon State University.

Michael Schnapp
Trained as a nuclear engineer, Michael brings a strong technical grounding to highly engaged, high touch professional service. At Response Capture, Michael is accomplished at identifying the root causes of business problems and crafting solutions that improve the customer’s financial health. His primary consulting projects have been sales and marketing lead generation in industries as diverse as high-tech, finance, education, and healthcare. More important than 16 years of relevant experience, he prefers that his achievement is measured by the success of the clients he works with.
Michael holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Jill Ferris
Providing you and your team with resources for your lead generation, conversion optimization, and relationship nurturing efforts, Jill shares thoughts and findings about Demand Generation on the Response Capture Blog. She enjoys bringing a diverse perspective and background to Response Capture through her experiences in marketing consumer products, event planning, and Government Relations.
Jill holds two Honors BS’s from Oregon State University in Marketing and International Business.

Nirmal Parikh
Nirmal brings over 14 years of industry experience working with companies in realizing their marketing and technology objectives. His work includes projects in diverse industries like high-tech, automotive, banking, finance, healthcare, retail and publishing. Project engagements include clients such as Microsoft, Intel, Oracle, HP, RiteAid, Portland Rose Festival, Unicru, SensorIQ and Primetime Communications.ine.
Nirmal holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Management of Innovation and Technology.
