Response Capture makes use of advanced technology for security. Our Response Capture platform uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that protects your information taking advantage of both server authentication and data encryption. It ensures that your data is safe, and only available to authorized users in your organization. These steps assure that your data is protected from competitors and hackers.
Each person in your organization may have a unique username and password that must be entered each time in order to log in. We then issue a session "cookie" to your browser which records encrypted authentication information for the duration of the session. The session "cookie" does NOT include either the username or password of the user. We also do not use "cookies" to store any confidential user or session information. Response Capture instead uses more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session IDs.
Your data and our servers are hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other technologies to prevent interfaces or access from outside intruders.
